whats up guys, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jay and im from central california. Im 6'7" and was attracted to the vfr's because of their comfort while still retaining some sportbike attitude ( im not ever going to be a cruiser person). Im picking up a 95 tommarow and will post pics as soon as I get it :)

Thanks for the welcome guys!! I live in a little town called Escalon which is North of Modesto and East of Stockton. Im glad this site came up in my search, every bike usually has one really good site and it seems that is the the VFR's good one. Ive already learned 100% more about the VFR than I knew 24 hours ago thanks to this site.

The bike im getting has 58k on it but is mechanically solid, it needs some cosmetic stuff, but nothing some plastic welding and a wicked black paint job cant fix. Im not one to leave anything stock :) so any tastefull mods that are available will eventually fall prey to my master plan, lol. thanks again for the welcome!

I see a perfect candidate for the first 4G with a RC30 paint scheme.

Nice to have you on board - I was in Lompoc/Vandenberg about a month ago. It's damned windy there!!!

dont sell the highmount or left side exhaust short. i love the way the highmounts look. there are other less extensive options out there...

you have a point, I just looked at a 4th gen with a high mount akrapovic on another site, very good looking. ide like to find a sound clip of that system but Im sure it sounds good, those open ended carbon cans usually do.
