Awesome homemade VFR commercial!

I found this on Youtube the other day, and after searching, saw that it wasn't posted up here yet. I figured you guys would get a kick out of this one.

I am not joking in the slightest. This "commercial" put a huge smile on my face.

Anyone on the baord want to fess up?

Mind you I have no way of knowing for certain, but I believe both of those bikes have aftermarket pipes on them.

But, to answer your question, YES VFR's do in fact sound like that. Gens 3,4 & 5 are even louder due to the gear driven cams. I love the gear whine from my bike.

yes.....they do sound that good. I've had many of the local sportbike riders comment on the sound of mine (I do have an aftermarket pipe). Anyhow, get a VFR you'll love it.

I love it! - as for kurtj29's sound reply - Google video "VFR 800" and check out all the stock & aftermarket videos (with sound) to see & hear the the greatest machine on two wheels for yourself. It's been a long snow filled winter here in NH so every time I needed a fix, I would go to google to check out the vids. I wish AtomAnts video was there last winter, it would have eeezed my pain while the snow came down. Thanks again AtomAnt!!!

Like I have always said gotta love those VFR's, great commercial! After a lousy day at work just 10 minutes on my 5th Gen VFR! My lousy day just evaporates from my memory!

yup, still awesome six months later. the two bikes are an 02 w/Micron stainless steel cans and 04 w/Leo Vince carbon fiber cans.

I personally have the Micron Stainless and have had quite a few compliments to their sound. At idle sounds like a beefed up twin, above VTECH sounds like an unleashed V12... sorta...

 

Wow, someone needs to get a job in marketing! That was awesome! The wife and I thought it was perfect! I think some of the local riders in each area should make one or add to this video. It may work awesome as a group effort to promote the board!

That's me and my buddy in the "VFR Commercial" video.
We made it last season on Utah state road 35 between Woodland and Hanna. Also known as Wolf Creek Pass.

Credit where due

The only credit I can take is being in it and riding the same set of corners over and over about 10 times to get "the shot" he wanted.
My buddy (Achfly) edited and mixed it one afternoon when he was bored.(At his sisters wedding reception actually.)
