Would anyone have, or know where I can get, unscuffed or uncracked front and left sideplastics for my Yeller 2000 VFR. I was run off the road by a tractor trailer this afternoon that failed to stop at a stop sign and pulled straight out in front of me and into my lane. The fuck pig bastard slowed down when I hit the ditch, watched me climb out from under the bike, and then took off. A couple of bumps and bruises but I'm OK. The bike is a mess cosmetically but fine mechanically. I need a drink or nine.

    Thanks for any help.

yikes, glad your okay. Did you have gear on?

Ebay, craigslist and online dealers are the best bet.

Thanks for asking, and yes sir I did. This was a quick ride out to lunch and I almost didn't put my riding pants on because it was so warm. Thankfully I changed my mind at the last second and put them on anyway, and that's where the biggest impact was. Left knee under the bike, slammed between the lower fairing and the tarmac, tore up the pants something fierce, skinned off the plastic knuckle guards on my gloves, and a nice tear at the elbow of my wife's jacket. Yeah, I know, but dressing in womens clothes is considered cool where I live. I did manage to keep my new AVG helmet off the deck, so all was not lost. Gear is sooooooo cheap viewed in retrospect, and after the fact.

Glad you were spared the worst.
I have seen a couple yellow fairings on ebay lately, but did not look very close to see the quality. Good luck.
