Lone Ranger

Saw an ad on Craigslist Phoenix for a '93 VFR. Looked good and after contacting the seller, decided to take a bus on Friday evening, arrived 5am Saturday, got picked up at the station by the seller then went to his place to check out the bike.



Finalized transaction and off I went. But wait, my buddies had been encouraging me to visit the Heart Attack Grill, so,


after waiting for 2 hours for it to open, there i was!



Burger was great, fries are limitless,

Bade goodbye to the cuties


and had to slab it back to LA, Passing by Blythe and Palm Desert along the way to visit relatives.

Looks like a great time Nardy! I'd be careful of the food though. Those nurses are pretty thin, so my guess is they don't eat there. I don't like to eat anyplace where the staff doesn't eat the food... :biggrin:

dude, had i known of this i would have met you at heart attack grill for a burger. it's about five miles from where i live!

 

i actually asked derstuka if he knew anyone from the area and dropped me some names, but i didn't have enought time to pm those that he mentioned. it would have been nice to meet you over there. long, jason, vfrchick and I are planning to visit a friend in glendale, az sometime in may. we'll surely let you know about it when it's finalized. you going to slo3, right?
