North Georgia ride weekend of March 28th (on behalf of matt)

Um, you could meet me at 10 turners corner rd, cleveland, ga around 10 am. That's where Matt and I are meeting up and then we'll proceed onto the huddle house to catch up with rc24rc51.

Hey Joey count me in, I can make it and maybe even a two day, why don't we just get some cheapy hotel (and not a by the hour one either) and stay the night up in the mountains...hell tents work for me...anyways I have our grand opening for our new shop this saturday from 12-6 if anyone wants to come let me know, lots of bikes, girls, drinks, even some scooters to ride to, and we're giving one away....later all

well guys if it rains it pours and how true that is for me today my water pump on the bike isnt working now, unless i can get one before satrday ill will be unable to go, so calling anyone with a spare 86 vf500 water pump i need it!!!

 

i will make another post and let people know in sc to let you know if they are going by pming u and im going on cycle gear to see if i can find u a water pump

 

so whats the final deal, me and joey were going to stay up in Helen maybe (not set in stone), or anywhere else I just need to know where to make the hotel reservations....lets get something set and going. I'm up for anything, but if we're going to riding both Sat. and Sun, I don't want to drive all the way back into town, and then back again....sooo who's up for a stay in a hotel in the mountains, and where should we get the hotel at.....let me know. K

 

if you like ill look you up some hotels that are close to helen, staying in in a hotel in helen youll be paying out the ass for one night. ill call a few places for ya

 

I found a days inn for only 60 per night which I thought was pretty good, but if there is somewhere closer to where we are all meeting at on Sunday then we can stay there, hey I'm also going to see if I can get that water pump for you by friday....you know (well prob. not) but I am a motorcycle tech, and I have a shop in downtown atl....I get parts for cheap, and all vfrw members get discounts on parts and service too....anyways pm me your phone number matt and I'll see what I can do...K

 

no worrys about the water pump i got it all taken care of and i she needs now is the new rear tire and im ready that should be here today:thumbsup:

 

im in for the 29th my cousin might be coming although not a vfr but cbr is still okay i bought my vfr from him so hes good in my book

Hey guys , there are a couple of hotels right there in Clayton on 441. I don't know the names but they're within walking distance of the Huddle.

I'm in for Sunday - My grandma lives in Clayton, so I'm sleeping there Sat night. So where and when for Sunday?

yeah we kind of need a final rundown. It looks like its supposed to t-storm on Sat, with flash flooding in the ga mtns.....that sounds like fun, I mean I have a rain suit, but flash flooding on a 90deg switchback sounds like.....cerebral BALLSY to me....anyways whats the deal....btw Matt good the hear that you sorted out he h2o pump deal....how far away from downtown do you live....I can mount and balance it for you if you want.....K

 

Flash floods? um, anyone want to go kayaking instead? I just checked the weather forecast again and now it's scattered thunderstorms 50% chance of rain. Yesterday it was 70% chance.. here's to hoping by friday it's 20% chance of rain!!!
