Anybody else still ridin an '87 700 F2 H? I ride mine every time i get the chance. Don't personnaly know anyone else that owns one. Just thought i'd find out if i really am the only one goofy enough to still be ridin one(I even drag race mine now and again, lol).

 

Hell yeah!!! Mines a 86 750 and I ride it all over CA. She gets thumbs up everywhere we go.

 

Awsome! I live in the midwest, so i get pretty mixed reactions and comments on mine. Does'nt hurt that mines been custom painted, and has a 4 into 1 header with a Holeshot can on it, so it's way loud. Add to that that it's been geared down, so it makes even more noise in town. HAHA. So people don't usually know what it is, or what to think about it.

I have an 87 F2H I got in July. July of 1987... . She's currently sitting idle while I get some parts together, I hit a dog on it in 2000. I LOVE HER. Love how it looks and rides. I have a new 08, but think more ( so far ) of the old bike. I think of the new 6th Gen as " fly by wire" and the 87 as "Direct Drive."
