Need your opinion on RWB

Found locally for sale. 2100 miles on clock, orig. owner. Has some finish damage, about 3 inches long, on the right side fairing just aft of the turn signal (scraped in garage). Leo Vince aluminum slip-ons. Otherwise, everything is stock. Gears shift just fine, everything works.
Seller wants $6500.
What do you guys think?

It's ABS. May sound stupid, but how can you tell? At a glance, what gives it away that the bike is fitted ABS. I do have the VIN, if that can provide info.

 

The front caliper looks beefy and it may have an extra ring on the disc.
I have a 5th gen so I may be talking out my drunk ass right now.

 

Almost forgot - is there a 'carfax' service for motorcycles? Just to make sure the VIN jives and that there aren't any 'issues'

 

The ABS model has a remote rear shock preload adjuster knob located on the right side right in the middle of the rear passenger peg bracket.

NON-ABS does not...


My non-ABS model...


ABS model, with adjuster knob, located just above passenger peg (which is folded up in the picture)... between tire and rear tail section.

$6500 seems right. Not sure of a carfax type service.

No kidding, I think it'd be next to IMPOSSIBLE to find an 07' RWB for under 7,000.

Well, I kind of screwed myself out of this deal. Long story.
Anyhow, I left a deposit yesterday for an 02 Red VFR, almost mint w/ 12k miles. Has staintune exhaust, comes with all the original attachments. Non ABS. So I will post on Wed or Thurs (depends on weather) pictures of my new ride.

If anyone is interested or knows of anyone who might be looking, Im selling an 05 Kawi Z1000 titanium.

Already put 150 miles on her. This is the bike I should have bought in 02. I snapped a few in the garage, only got one good shot. I'll take some better pics tomorrow.

Well I was gonna say if you were going to get the RWB, all the stripes and such by the turn signal are decals, don't cost much, and are pretty easy to replace.

Well it looks like you still made out pretty good. Your bike looks very clean and well cared for. Do you plan to leave the tank bra on or take it off?
