New VFR owner says hello.

Hey guys, just wanted to say hello! I've been lurking and reading old threads to learn as much as possible about these great bikes - excellent site! I'm not new to the Honda V4 - see my sig pic of my V65 - but am new to the sportbike riding position and the VFR. MUCH different! This bike handles like a scalpel compared to the maggie - and the maggie aint too bad! Anyway, I'll try to read up before asking nOOb questions please bear with me.....:smile:

I have a forth Gen also.....you will like it more the more you ride it.

 

Welcome to the site! If you can't find the answer to a question in the search forum don't be shy about asking, I know I've had a hard time with some searches. Note of advice though be very careful about asking a OIL question around here.....:thumbsup: (check out some oil threads in the forum search and you'll get the idea.)

Nice V65! I am abandoning my '83 V65 for a '96 VFR this week, but will definitely end up with a Magna or two again as soon as I settle down. No more cam worries in the back of my mind with the VFR. I'll soon be getting used to this new riding position as well. No more "slouching" down the road!
