In an effort to get all newbies properly initiated to VFRW and to save space from the same questions being asked over and over, I've come up with the following FAQ's......

Which oil do I use? Slick 50 is the lubricant of choice. It's use will cure most any bike related ailment. It is guaranteed to give you smoother shifting, and enough power boost to outrun most liter bikes.

    What the best tire?
Extensive research has determined that the round rubber type works best. Be sure to use summer air during the warmer months and winter air for colder months.

What exhaust should I buy? We have found the most popular to be shiny and louder than stock.

What headlight bulbs should I buy? The type that lights up, especially at night, seems to be best.

Which seat should I buy? You can't go wrong with whatever one molds to your arse best.

What is tiger tiger? A must read to get you in the proper mindset.

Hopefully this helps and please feel free to make additions as y'all see fit.

Just a few things to add

    1. Never use truck or car air in your bike tires, it's not properly calibrated.

    2. There is never going to be a VFR 1000, so just stop it.

    3. Bling is important and it makes your bike faster.

    4. Become an Insider, cause on that forum we all snicker and laugh at everybody. Oh , and they need the money

    5. The search button is your friend.

    6. Typing in all caps while breaking in to the conversation on the chatbox is a sure way to befriend everyone and get your question answered.

7 The moderators on this forum all call each other ho's and pimps and beotches........dont know why that is, but if you're new that might throw you off and think you were on an escort service forum

    8. If you constantly ask inane or controversial questions, you will be asked if you are ELF800 or Birdseed

    9. Tiger Tiger is a complete non sequitur thread in its purest form, and should be read from start to finish, at which time you are encouraged to add something that makes no sense.

    Welcome

I thought Chinese bearings were ok as long as you used American piston return springs with them.... :heh: .... parts can be so confusing these days

Yes, this does work, but your Viffer's balls will shrink considerably, and it will exhibit unprovoked periodic fits of rage.

You're getting your Chinese confused. It's the Chicoms you don't want to buy parts from. The capitalists on Formosa make good stuff, but it costs much more because they have no access to slave labor. OK, now I'm confused.

So it looks like if I follow all the advice so generously offered, I should have absolutely no problems, and therefore won't have to ask any questions?
