Finally got around to making a makeshift fuel holder for my bike.

Since the last time I posted anything about my 86 500 ive done alot.

COmpletely rebuild the carbs, cleaned, and going to have them synced once I get the tank finished.

Rebuilt the 95 Cbr600f3 front end with new wipers, newseals, new HH pads, Goodrich stainless lines, new wheels bearings front and rear, New steering stem bearings, painted the forks.

Then I painted my spair set of bodywork. I will be doing a lite sanding job with 800 grit, then spraying on a finaly coat, then laying in the stickers, and then clear. The color Is Lambo blue. Very very hard to shoot.

I installed a new set of bt 0016 tires, new battery, front turn signals.

Ive got a new brembo clutch master cylinder coming, stainless line and fittings to make a clutch line, rebuild kit for the slave, and a crap load of other little parts from BikeBandit.

Then Ill make a custom fender eliminator and have alot of powdercoating to do.

Obviously it doesnt have the new tires and lines and what not in these pics.

Ill shoot more when the gastank is done. And also the exaust was just there to mess around with. Im going to have a custom collector made, and stainless steel megaphones made.

Just a nice little update, THe tank is painted, I have a brand new oem seat on it. All new coolant lines, Cooling system is flushed, Front blinkers are on, fresh oil, filter, new fuel petcock, fuel lines, new coolant res, rebuilt the clutch slave cylinder, brembo clutch master, new throttle sleave.

Still waiting on the new LP screen, Bolts, and mirrors. But I cant get the clutch to bleed. Fluid is pumping, but im getting no movement .

    same with the front brakes.

You've done a ton of work. Looks good.
Good luck on the bleeding issues. I am better with bleeding people than bleeding brakes.

the book says that you won't get much movement like you would in a car, for bleeding brakes.

Ive done it a hundred times, to different bikes with no problems.

the brakes were working just fine with the stock rubber hoses, then I put on the stainless lines and now nothing.

    Ok, brakes are done.

I started the bike up, ran it for a bit. then squeezed the brake a few times out of habbit, and I started to feel some line pressure. Then I Did alittle bleeding, and perfect.

    Now onto the clutch.

Man I was stoked to see the progress on your bike. I hope you get back on your feet soon and I am sure something good will come from that disaster.
