    Well guys, sounds like a lot of fun, I'd like to join this year. Two questions;
    1) what are the exact dates your going for?
    2) what brand or kind of radio equipment is anyone using? been thinking of getting a chatterbox or something...

    The dates are April 3rd, 4th and 5th. Come early , stay late. Some people are purchasing the Midland GXT750VP3 22-Channel 26-Mile GMRS 2-Way Radio with headset. These are FRS and GMRS compatible with an average of 1 mile range in the city and an undetermined 3-4 or more mile range in the wide open spaces. It's not mandatory to have just helps if you have a tendency of getting lost.

    Thanks SilverSurfer800, wrote it on the calendar! I have some radios similar to those, I'll have to see if they have the hookup for mic/headset.

    garage couch? i vividly remember:
    [IMG]
    and not much room left for couch. and especially now since you add all those games to your arcade system, how will there possibly be any room in the garage?

    et' voila! this garage is becoming the deluxe model! You have entertainment center, tools, beer, video games and a place to crash for the night. The only things missing is the stripper pole and I seriously considered throwing it in, but the stripper didn't come with it...

    SLOVFR,

    if you are planning on the live cam feed this time, you really should come up and do a test run. I am thinking a cam in the garage looking back toward the kegerator and the arcade machine would be a good spot. I have a small labtec cam that isnt ever in use and if you have one, we can find a spot for it in the yard or something. Do you need a devoted comp for the vid feeds? My notebook is in the shop again but should be back before then. I still have the broken one too. I think it's the vid card because replacing the screen didnt do anything.

    as for the craigslist couch, the poor sap that passes out there sure is in for a big surprise.

    it was having some sprocket alignment issues forcing the chain off but it seems okay when not getting too crazy. I think it got a little warped at the other BBQ but I think it's gonna work okay now...
