motorcyclist riding while talking on a cell phone.. crazy!!!!

I watched a rider go down the road and answer his cell phone while riding..(on a busa) He was next to me in my truck.I could not believe it.. no helmet, 1 hand on throttle talking on the phone in left hand ?:crazy: I was curious has anyone else seen this?? I guess that must have been 1 important call.. I laughed and said man is this dude losing his mind or is the attention from the busa not enough need talk on phone at same time..lol :biggrin: ohh man the world has lost its mind...

Speechless here.... I know they had a show called something like "The worlds dumbest criminals", maybe it is time for a new show called "The worlds dumbest motorcycle riders"!! Although I wouldn't be surprised if this show already exists....and the ranking so far....

I saw #3 (except the guy was on a Goldwing) where I live a couple of years ago. Words like stupid, moronic etc do not begin to describe it.:crazy:

i have used my cell while riding .i have it in my map pocket on tank bag so i can see it and pull over to use it normally.On one ride tho a drunk almost took out 2 of us so i dialed 911 and stuck flip phone inside my helmet and followed the guy. Gave the cops turn by turn right to the guys house stayed back and watched the guy till cops showed up.Thats the only time i was actually moving while talking .

 

His tail fairing is fully protected in a left side lay down. Unfortunately this is how the weak are thinned from the heard. Darwin's theory in action.

 

^^Exactly what I was going to say. If they are dumb enough to do this, they are are going to get eaten eventually.

 

I have a squidly riding buddy that has set his throttle lock and sent a text before. He's one of those people that is so stupid that it's entertaining to watch in a morbid way, but you're just waiting for the inevitable.

The sad part is that he was with me when we attended the funeral of another riding friend of ours...Some people just don't take cosmic hints.

 

You should never underestimate the stupidity of another human being.......Everytime I think I've seen it all, somebody comes along and does something like this.

 

One must always weigh out the risk he/she takes for the betterment and safety of society. Though in no way would I encourage this, I certainly don't condem you for the action you took to get a potential killer off the road.
