Hello, I've checked what I know and I'm stuck. My 03 ran fine last fall when I put her away, but a couple weeks ago or so I went out to give her a run and nada. Key on, lights, blinkers all that's ok but no pump wine and no starter at all. Net even a click. Seems that circuit is dead. (I have a PCIII too and no lights are on it, although I'm not sure if there are supposed to be.)

I checked the battery and sure enough it was shot. Figured that was it so new one is on the way. Today for chits and giggles, went to start her up by using my girlfriends Accord. Hooked jumpers from her battery to my leads (my batters is out now, awaiting the new one) and same exact thing. So, while I did need a battery, problems is still there.

I've checked the fuses by the battery and under the faring cover, all good. I've checked the obvious stuff like making sure the run / stop is on. Kickstand is down but it's in neutral so should be ok.

Anyone got any ideas? Any ideas are appreciated, my next step is the dealer unfortunately

    Chris

Check the voltage at the starter, see if you are even getting juice to it.

Thanks much for the response! I just went back out to try starting with the PCIII disconnected - when I tried it then still nada. However, I hit the run stop switch a few times and got a flicker of the FI light, so I put it on run, and just put a little pressure on the switch but not enough to actually move it - bingo, runs like a champ again. So, even though I NEVER use that switch, somehow it crapped out lol. Oh well, no big deal, guess I'll just get another one. At least I know what it is. I hate it when something's wrong with my girl and I don't know what it is

    Thanks much!

It may just be crapped up. I have heard of people squirting WD40 in the housing to clean the switch. Just a squirt, the work the switch a bunch to clean the contacts. Sometimes a tear down of the housing is required. But both are cheaper than buying a new one.

I have some time tomorrow, I'll play around with it. Hey, it's already broken so if it doesn't work, not much to lose lol. Thanks!
