    hi all
I bought a bike with saddle bags and the top rack mounting bracket . I didn't like the top rack look so bought the stock grab ons but between the saddle bag hardware and the grab ons there needs to be a piece that covers the mounting hole on the bike. I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help with this.
    Thanks

No clue on the mounting hole. Is the hole in the tail section? I suspect you'd have to order a whole new tail section.
I bought the bullet and got the bags today. $1200 Canadian. The Brits won't ship here. Kinda funny that they'll ship to the US after that Boston Tea Party incident, but they won't ship to a Commonwealth country.:biggrin: Oh yeah, and that American Revolution too.
I got a quote from a shop in Dallas for $1500 US. Where do these guys get off??

Checked with David Silver for blue bags for my '07 25th Anni, but the blue they have is different. I wish it was the same. I would get white, but I like the blue better. Gonna see if they can get the matching blue, though. Not looking forward to spending $900 on the bags...

I bought the Honda OEM heated grip kit from David Silver Spares last summer and they were delivered right to my door here in the Vancouver area. They told you they wouldn't ship to Canada? It wasn't all that cheap in the end after UPS charged me brokerage fees and GST as well.

I really like the price of the saddle bags but they don't have them in Black which means I'd have to get them painted. Even still....

Well, I think it was them. I got a message saying that they didn't ship to Canada, but the sender address didn't indicate where they were emailing from. I'll check it when I get back to work. Maybe it was a US shop.
In any event, I ordered them here and they're in shipping.
How do you like your bike? I went to the shop today and they were trying to sell me on an Aprillia RSV1000.

    Congrats on the new ride!

Got mine from David Silver Spares - HOME. Color match was perfect (should be since they're OEM), and reasonable time to ship from UK.

David Silver Spares (David Silver Spares - PARTS) by far the best price.

I received my hard side cases, which includes the inner bags, this week. Delivered to my door, after taxes and shipping cost $677 CD My local dealer wants over $1000 (CD)plus taxes.

I got my bags in the summer of '06, and paid just under $1000, including the liners and shipping.

Then $1200 Canadian in 2009 doesn't make me feel too bad. Still haven't picked them up yet. Waiting from the call from the dealership. Easy to put on??
