I have some nice gear. Unfortunately, for some reason it doesn't look so nice after I put it on. Hmmm.

A little out of date though, I got some new leathers recently from losing 50 pounds. That suit above is way too big now and I'll have to get a picture of me in my brand-new slim leathers sometime!

Awesome idea! I have new pants and gloves coming this week and would have started this myself once they arrived.

I will be checking this one frequently, I get a little obsessed about gear.

 

That's me and some of my kit. My club colours hidden because metal badges have a nasty habit of scratching.... (Isn't my helmet head stunning?) :crazy:

 

Better venting for hot days, leaks a little in the rain.

 

Methinks someone of my profession got crazy with the trauma sheers.

Always always atgatt, from my " got more than I bargined for " thread. Have a Leather jacket and various Alpinestars leather gloves for dry days but love my touring gear below.

The Helmet Shoei RF1000, Jacket is Tiger Angel Cordura Gortex Element, Gloves Alpinestars Tech Road, pants are Tiger angel Touring Leather with Thunderpants waterproof on top to keep them dry, Boots are Alpinstars SMX4 Gortex, all brilliant.

 

Sloth, you look very Road Warrior-ish. It works.

 

Funny story for you Drewl. I injured my right arm pretty severely a few years ago and once I was in the back of the ambulance, the gentleman with the "trauma scissors" went to town. My pants and shirts were soaked in blood so I wasn't worried about them since that also had large burnt areas on them, so off they went. When the medic got to my boots (which were brand new) he took his trade tool and proceeded to cut the laces. After the first one. I put my head up and said "Hey, you could UNTIE them!" His response was " uh, I guess your right."
Keep in mind that I walked to the ambulance.
When I got out of the hospital, I then had a brand new pair of boots complete with one cut lace and one intact lace along with a few spots of dried blood. I thought about finding the guy to say sorry for making him feel stupid, but c'mon, hopefully he knows how to untie his own shoes. I thought it was a bit excessive. To this day, they still talk about that call since most of them hadn't seen that level of trauma. A fact of which I am proud.

 

I usually ride in this get up.
