[/SIZE]It is time to have a contest. Introducing the first annual PITA Awards. (Pain In The A$$). As Presidential Prime Minister of the UFRR, I will look at all experiences posted here from now to the end on February, at which time I will announce the winner.

Rules:

1. You must type your experience out.
2. You must post it here
3. Cannot have anything to do with Federal Prisons and sex.

The winner will win 10 points which can be put towards the aquisition of his/her own United Federal Republic.

:lol: I'm looking forward to the entries! As for me I got to say a big PITA with the motorcycle world is how some online motorcycle gear stores charge a 20% restocking fee if you return an item. What is so difficult and expensive about returning an item that they have to charge outrageous fees? It's already cheap enough for them to have an online store compared to a brick-and-mortar store.

Like if I want to buy $400 leathers and find it doesn't fit quite right then a 20% restocking fee comes to the tune of $80. Eighty. dollars. just. for. trying. it. on. :bs:

At most the penalty should be the cost of shipping plus say, $3 to help pay the minimum wage worker restock the item.

That's the biggest PITA about buying gear onlie, I bought an ICON hoodie for $75 bux in XL, I'm 5'10" 210lbs, 48 inch chest and this thing would fit butterbean for gods sake , it's at least 60",XXXL without a doubt, can't return it though. Buyer beware.

 

Depends whose ass it is........ Jenna Jameson doesn't seem to mind it much.......

I was sure Joey was going to bring in the poo poos as I'm sure they are a real PITA for him..

 

Well here's my story I was stopped behind 4 cars with a Cabbie up front turning right! As all the 3 cars in front started they went around him, as I got up to him! He changed his mind and turned left accelerating fast and slammed into me causing me to be thrown from the bike the bike just slid along the pavement! So in the end I have recovered with some road rash on my right leg which has healed up! The bike will be ready to go come spring! As for the Cabbie from Hell, he got 3 demerit points off his license and a 400.00 dollar fine for reckless indangerment, and lost his cabbie plate off his car right there and then! As for my VFR all is well just fairing and mirror and clutch lever damage! Thank you to the Motorcycle God for frame sliders!

That sound like my problem, I can not return my track pant so therefore I can not buy my 2 piece suit due to 20% restocking fee. What a PITA :bs:
BTW, My Ex nick name is PITA as well:ncb:

 

I commute every day 50 miles on the slab to and from work. Bug guts galore all over. Windscreen and helmet visor needs to be cleaned 2 X a day. PITA for me. But I am not in the running.

 

I think that ride is so broken in an elephant wouldn't damage it.

 

Only two submissions so far. Drewl's is not in the running. Sorry D

 

I like the idea of this thread. I'll have to think a bit on my donation.
