That and I'm sure you are only days away from more horrific wildfires....or the whole state falling into the sea

Bike and house are insured, fire can bring it. I'll just use it as an excuse to upgrade. :cheersaf:

If we fall into the sea we're taking out weather and riding grounds with us!

Ahh, speaking as a Jones and with snow all around here too, don`t get frustraited, get snow chains.
The chains will probably chew up fenders ect but at least your Jonesing frustration will be satisfied!
I wont be sueing you if you just give me your vfr ,with chains.!! heheh:cheersaf:
Don`t Honda make a VFR snowmobile??

A couple years ago I spent the first week of February in sunny LA. When I left mpls international it was snowy (lots of cars in the ditch on the way to the airport) but it wasn't too cold...single digits F I think so I only wore a light coat.

So I get to LA and the temps are like 50's at night and 70's during the day...and the people there seemed to think it was cold. People are wearing heavy coats, gloves and hats. The worst part was I had my thin leather coat stolen from my hotel room (Torrance Hilton).

Luckily it was in the twenties when I got back to Minneapolis so I didn't get cold without a coat while I was digging my car out of the snowbank.

I hear that. I was out there 3 years ago in November on the pier at Huntington Beach after dinner at Duke's and I had been wearing shorts all day since it was high 70's and it got down to the mid-high 50's at night and everyone had down coats and car coats on and here I am in shorts and a t-shirt. It was chilly for me yes, but down coats and stocking hats? i think not. Sweatshirt and jeans at best for goodness sake...

Yeah, I was skiing in a 'beer league' at Indianhead. I've only seen Bohemia in the summer ( on the VFR, no doubt! ) but several of my buds have skied there and said it's phenominal! A word of caution....... bring 'rock' skis!! :strong:

Thank you for that skivfr. It's actually warming up here. It's only been down to -40C for a few weeks at a time. It used to get to -50C and then rest at -45C for weeks. But, you don't see that anymore. The steady cold doesn't exist anymore. It gets to t-shirt weather (-20C) in the middle of January, when we expect to see that in March. Global warming.

    LMAO!!!!

Yeah, no doubt, I wouldn't want to gouge the hell out of the bases of some decent skis. Buddy of mine at WMU has been up there, but he likes that whole glade skiing and jumping off open rock faces crap....not for me! lol
