Logically, '83 - '89 being 1st and 2nd..... if you divide in half, s/b a 2nd, seems to me... just want to be sure...

Hi Yonan ! I bought it ten years ago from a buddy of mine who bought a '98... still has it ! It's got F2 wheels, forks, T clamps, braided lines, Ohlins shock and a jet kit. Aside from that, it's STOCK ? ? ? ? ? Has 111k on it now, engine's never been rebuilt, just valves, carb sync, the usual... runs great !

He did the mods............ I'm not much of a wrench when it comes to stuff like that.

Think it's worth a new thread to find out how many '86s there are in this part of the country on this forum ?
Huntington Beach is in SoCal.... need to add that.

 

I'm jealous, Getting ready to do some springs and gold valves for the front. Then maybe the wheels later. I tried to find riders in the central valley with 1st & 2nd gens but had no replies.

 

Well, I guess it's just you and me to share stuff, eh ?????

I'm overdue for fork work... got one seal leakin' a tad... I'd love to do the gold valve job but can't afford it -- simple. Times are a bit tough right now..
