Great pics and write-up, Ha-Sewwwwwnnn!! It was great to finally meet you, your gf and Speed... as well as get to meet the new guy Nardy. Hope we get to hang out more!! My ride there was 5.5 hours long with the "old farts" I ride with on occassion here. My ride back home solo... through the rain for close to an hour... was 3.5 hours!!

I for one, was a bit disappointed in the show. I remember when I went to this same show in San Mateo about 4 or 5 years back, they had GREAT stuff at good deals. That's where I got my custom earplugs, Frog Toggs, Gerbing's heated jacket liner and Handy Stands... all at one show. This year, there wasn't representation from these companies and I wasn't super interested in the ones that were there. There WAS however, the all-important Sham-WOW booth!! :) Oh well... the main thing was I got to meet you great peeps!! :) That was well worth the trip!!

Brian has some pics so hopefully he'll post 'em up. I want to see that one of you and Sarah next to that HUGE wheel... isn't the Sham-WOW guy in the background?! LOL!!

    Seattle is up next.

Same deal on freebies parking for bikes and online tix.

Catch the VME display if you like vintage iron and the unique stuff up on the mezzanine at the Soundrider display.

If lookin for deals on swag, your best shot IMO is to figure out who the local folks are and who the other folks are who do the whole show circuit. Crowds are usually down on closing day and in the late afternoon, many of the vendors will wheel and deal. Basic tenet is that they don't want to take any more swag home than is necessary or ship same to the next show.

Good Shot of Denny Berg's 88 Twin Cammer. Denny had a little shop in Huntington Beach. CA years ago. His "thing" is really thumpers. I have a billet camchain adjuster cover of his on my trusty SR500. Denny is one good dude.

Hell, the SHAM-WOW was my whole point of making the trip.....that thing was AMAZING!!! Did you see how it picked up that spilled 2 liter of soda! :faint: We are seriously thinking of driving to the next show just to see it one more time!

Glad you made it back to Sin City ok....and in 2/3's the time! Woo hoo!
