Yes, will be riding from Vegas with a group of guys. One of the guys is supposed to be organizing a ride there complete with stayover at a hotel. I haven't heard anything from the organizer yet, but I rode with a few of the other guys today and we all talked about it. We're ready to go, just waiting on our "leader". If he doesn't post something up, one of us may take the lead. Anybody have any suggestions on decent hotels in the area that are reasonably priced? Looking forward to meeting you too cebuVFR... and everyone else who goes...

We are definitely coming in from Vegas... only 3 of us... maybe 4. We prolly won't get there until noon-ish on the 6th though. If any of you will still be there then, or are going to grab lunch at that time, call me and we'll try and meet up with you. PM me with your digits and I'll return with mine. Hope to see some of you there!

We are staying over and will still be there the morning of the 7th, so if any of you are going then, maybe we can try to hook up for a bit Sunday...?

Hey everybody.....as stated prior, I will be heading up on Saturday morning. I might be caging it...not sure yet. Should be arriving there between 9:30am and 10am or so...probably closer to 10am.

Not 100% on this, but I read that you might be able to enter promo code "LB1" when/if you purchase your tickets online for a $2 dollar discount. Like I said...not 100% on that. Worth a shot I guess.

For those that don't know, M/C parking is free at the LB Convention Center. Cars pay around 5-8 bucks I believe....cannot remember exactly.

Hope to see you all there!

Whelp.....I just confirmed it. If you enter the code "LB1" it will let you purchase the tickets for $2 dollars off the online price, or $3 dollars off the price at the show. Now I can afford some new shoes!

    YEP YEP!

For anybody who purchased tickets before knowing about the "LB1" code, you "should" still be able to get the discount by going back to the site where you bought the tix. On the left is a "NEED HELP?" and below that is "email us". Click on the "email us" and send an email explaining you bought tix before knowing about the LB1, and asking if you can get the discount applied. They should be able to credit it back to you. I know it's only $2, but hey... that's equivalent to about 40 miles on the bike!!

Well folks, it was a great day, and we got to have several of the VFRW folks meet up as well. It was really great meeting everybody. Thanks for coming Tim (Speed), Nardy (Cebu-VFR), Bri-guy (SLOVFR), Karen (VFRCHICK)!

Here are some pics I thought I would share. Better drink a beer, because you are gonna be sick and tired of my ugly mug by the end! :faint:

What a beautiful day it was.... :suntan: and bikes aplenty!
