Well, day two started with Brian becoming fast friends with Margarita.

We went to the "vendor village" today, where I found my next new bike... NOT!!

We saw some cool custom bikes

    And some scantily clad women...

Obviously a lot more for Harley riders, but we enjoyed walking around checking out the sights. When we were done there, we took off for a ride to Mt. Charleston. We went from 79 degrees in the valley to 57 upon the hill. We got halfway and it was too cold to go further, but we stopped in at the hotel to warm up.

Brian took some pics of my while we were riding...

I was getting tired so decided to put my feet up...

I then decided to let him know what I really thought about him.

All in all, a good day. It is drizzling a bit now, so hopefully it will stop raining by morning.

Our roads here are nothing like what you guys have out there. Mostly straight roads and we get some curvy areas around Mt. Charleston and Lake Mead. Can go to Utah for some better roads... not too far away.

Mt. Charleston has as small stretch of curves... I wouldn't call 'em twisties. I ususally do those about 80-90MPH... pretty easy curves.

He is leaving this morning. I chained him up and stuffed him in a closet last night, but he escaped early this morning.

We just did the Street Demos on Friday. Didn't actually go to the Femmoto track event. Maybe next time. I will get on the track eventually....

Well, I hope that you :xxx: his :ass: good Karen! He likes a woman that takes charge!

I rode some twisties coming from north of vegas over by lake mead a couple of years ago. I think it is called the "valley of fire", but I might be mistaken. Was a lonely road, some nice curves, but pavement was kinda crappy at the time. If I remember correctly, I think they were in the process of repaving it.

His :moonie: was raw, have no fear! And, he loved every minute!

You are right about Valley of Fire. I was going to take him up there, but we started the Lake Mead loop and stopped at a picnic area. It was such a beautiful day, we spent a fair amount of time hanging out there. By the time we left, it was too late to go to VofF. Maybe next time.

There is a actually a really nice stretch of twisties through Death Valley on 190... I discovered it on my way back from CA. Only problem with that is it takes about an hour (or more?) to get there.
