I received my DB wind screen i ordered a few weeks ago and went to install it. The first thing i noticed was the stock screen(for an 06) has two mounting holes on each side, and the DB only has one. when mounted there was a big gap on the top of both sides and the screen seemed to be lose even when everything was tightened. I sent it back with pictures showing what the problem was and today I received a new screen. It looks just like the one I sent back! Both have the same part number as well; 16-454-02. Has anyone put one on their 06 vfr? If so, does it have only one mounting hole on both sides?
    Thanks for the help,
    Bill.

Bill, my ZG sport touring screen also had only the one mounting hole on each side, but it slipped into place fine and with the remaining screws and the tabs it fits tight, even though the screen is thinner. Do you have the pictures you can post?

Mine has only one screw tab on each side. You simply slide the hooks into place, put in the screws, and you will be good to go. Put the hooks into their slots and slide down and in firmly. I've been using mine for a while with NO complaints whatsoever. The screen is thinner than the stock, but it stays in place. Other than having fewer bugs and less wind on me, I have completely forgotten about it.

I have had my db screen for a year now without any issues. When installing, where the 2 screw were before. Now there's a slot/ hole for one of the screw locations, it fits over the tab that the screw goes into. If you get it all lines up, then place the over back on, and install the screws. It won't go anywhere. I've never noticed a gap or anything. If you could post a pic to show your issue?

Ditto on what Danimal said. 2 screw holes, no problems for over 3500 miles.
