According to the local weather forecast, maybe some light sprinkles in the early morning and clearing a little before lunch, I'll be there rain or shine

Oh no. I just replaced my chain and clutch in preparation for the Mt. Baker ride, but now my bike won't start. I think the stand switch is soaked with oil. At this point, it's a no-go for me and my buddy. I'll try to get my bike started tomorrow. Man....I've had this ride set on my calendar for weeks. Hope you all have a blast.....and hopefully I'll be there too.....

Just started raining here. Radar shows it as a passing shower...I will head out to Abbotsford and take it from there.

good fun today gents and lady

i did a U-turn when the heaven's opened up - next time I'll wear real all weather gear. Didn't have much appetite for riding in a downpour wearing open weave gear.

hope the rest of the riding went as well as the part I enjoyed with you all.

Was pleased with dry roads and warmer temperatures as I returned to Vancouver, myself.

Got back about a half hour ago. It was greet to finally meet some folks from this forum. Hope your ride back north was better than our ride south. Got drenched , but it was worth it.

What is really missing from all these pix is that white hang loose stallion named Chea Chea.

Should have booked of sick like was suggested. The whole day for me was really the shits. Everything from sico clients at work, to the airlines loosing my son on his return from Aussi land today. But the found him. Now the lil bugga has to get a job!

Likewise...Nice to meet some new faces (not there's anything wrong with the old ones). Really enjoyed the Silver Lake portion after lunch. I'll sort through my pictures and post if there are any good ones. Thanks for bringing a REAL camera JS. It sure makes a difference.

    Cheers,
    Bryan

Well it was a great ride. Despite the rain at the top of Baker I think we all enjoyed ourselves. With the threat of rain I was impressed with the turn out of hardcore VFRW's.

Reg.. I wish you were here, you would have saved R.W. from killing his phone battery.
