Dont worry, I put up a bad seller here too and was confronted with the "I should have known better" attitudes with some people here. We hope that all people are honest until proven otherwise. On ebay it seems you have to think in reverse! Make sure you file a clam with paypal that items are not as described! Thanks for letting us know about these!

My last bad experience on eBay, Paypal only insured the sale up to $200, anything over that was up to the seller to decide if they wanted to refund. Check with Paypal on what refund/insurance limits you have on your transaction. May be better to just go through your CC company.

Not to mention sellers can no longer leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers. It's positive feedback or none.

Just a final update for everyone, I recovered all the money and the seller was suspended from ebay after the multitude of negative feedbacks and claims filed by other buyers after the "purchase"
Since then I went to the BLUEANT website and ordered the communicators from one of the authorized dealers listed on the site, cost me only $20 more for all three, I wished I had went there first. I have used the communicators enough as rider/passenger communication to form an opinion but since my riding buddy is out of action with a hand injury, I have yet to use it as bike to bike communication. I will write a reveiw when I get a little more use and can try out all the features. Until then "stay safe".

Glad to hear you got it straightened out. It's sad that there are those who will treat others this way on e-bay. I myself have not had a bad experience, but that doesn't mean I never will.

Glad you got your money back. It is unfortunate that there are people out there that will sc**w with you just because they can. I can't afford to go throwing my money away, I have VFR to feed and house!!

I have had 0 amount of luck with Ebay, they don't care!, and PayPal is not much better. I don't think they care either.

But I must admit I purchase a lot of things thru Ebay, and I think I've only been burned once, on a very small item.

Sorry to hear about your bad ebay buy. But I for one am a huge fan of ebay. I have had 3 or 4 bad deals but if I think about how many awesome deals I have come across it is well worth it. After I have a bad deal I normally lay low on ebay for a month or two and then I'll be back selling and buying like a fiend. If you think about it there is nowhere else in the world you can go and find virtually anything you are looking for.
