helli bars for sale

brand new heli bars for gen 6 never installed still in the box. bought them on first group buy. if any ones interested will sell them for half what i paid for them thought i would give the heads up to locals first.

i did manage to get in a ride today four wheeled kind.... fun in the mud

 

I'm in the middle of the west side of Vancouver, would welcome the opp to meet up with some folks for rides anywhere in the region.
I also quite regularly get over to the south island for rides in saanich and sooke, etc.

 

Thought I'd bump the old list. If anyone else wants to be on the list, just add on and re-post.

s;long as chomper doesn't show up for one of our rides on one of them four wheeled monsters. we're good 5th gen, 6th gen, they're all good rides.

Its looking like i will have Friday off. if weathers good I'm up for a ride keep thinking of the Princeton ride we did last sunday. wouldn't mind doing it again just have to be home before the wife gets back or finds out i went for another all dayer :spankme: this time Randy we can stop for a few pictures on hwy 8 LOL.... i promise

 

heading to the cabin friday afternoon for the weekend, so no road riding for me.

So I need some help aquiring a special little something for my '04 VFR800 project....Maybe someone out there has an in and can help me out.....

I want a set of the new "Wing Badges" that are on the 2008 CBR1000....I went to Carter Honda on Scott Road and Brian told me his buddy got some for his race bike, so he gave me the number for Carter parts depart where I talked to Brandon. He did some checking and got back to me with this...."Honda Canada wants picture of the wrecked badging and the VIN # of the bike that needs the replacement badges"....Hmmmmmm Buddy got some so how do I get a set?

I'm cute but that only goes so far.....Anyone got an in that they are willing to share with me?

I'm just about to get my bike repainted the blue colour of the 2007 Anniversary VFR800 and I think those dark red wing badges on the tank would be the icing on the cake!

Wish me luck and all help would be appriciated!

Do you have a painter already ??????

I have found one of the best around right in port kells area,.

 

Well kinda.....we are talking with a guy that posted an add on Craigslist....don't know too much about him besides that he seems on the up and up and is charging $500. My husband is going to go meet with him hopefully tomorrow to go a check out a bike that he is painting right now and see what type of work he does.
We are not commited to him so any good recommendations are welcome....So who's your guy in Port Kells?

thats crap that Honda ca wont sell you wing badges. is Honda Canada ever a bunch of ##!!@$$ i feel for the local dealers. I'm sure you wont have a problem picking them up across the line maybe even online somewhere. good luck Jeff

I was talking to a guy at my kids Beavers last night and he is friends with the GM at Carter so I'm in the process of working that angle....Hopefully he comes through!

Have you guys seen the badges? They are so nice!



All major manufacturers are a pain in the ass....none are without fault! You should see the hell that Kawi ZX14 owners are going through right now....improperly toqued bolts causing frame failure!! Fun Fun!
