    The bloody thing is a POS, you have to remove the whole front end to take the wheel out


    The appalling workmanship is just symptomatic of Norton, crap welding, poor assembly, to the point where the special alloy throttle bodies can’t open because the bracket hits the head, timing gear barely held on by one of the 3 screws, it’s just so needlessly a pile of crap

    Episode 4 in which more shoddy workmanship is revealed, for the only example made it’s really badly assembled

    Episode 5 in which we discover the dumb fucks who assembled this only had one cylinder bored correctly, the liners were installed with O rings and gobs of silicone, plus they couldn’t fit the gearbox from a GSXR750 properly, all told a terrible job of assembly, luckily Allen is rebuilding it properly
